Marina Shores is a 53-storey residential building under development in Dubai Marina, Dubai. The project is being developed by Emaar Properties. Construction began in December 2022. Marina Shores will comprise a mix of one- , two- , three- , four- and five-bedroom apartments as well as penthouses. The architectural consultant is U+A Architects.
