Job Purpose

You close the deal. Then you wait, sometimes indefinitely, to get paid. That is one of the less-discussed challenges in Dubai real estate: the gap between closing a transaction and receiving your commission. It is a problem we believe should not exist. That is why we set out to fix it.

Commission Structure

• Commission of up to 70 per cent.
• For Senior Property Consultants, the commission structure starts at 60 per cent.

Who We Are Looking For

• Knowledge of the off-plan market, the secondary market, or both.
• 6+ months of UAE real estate experience preferred; freshers with a genuine sales mindset are welcome to apply.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Must hold a UAE Driving Licence.
