Job Purpose
The Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining a professional, welcoming, and positive office environment while ensuring the workplace runs smoothly day to day.
This is a highly visible, people-facing role combining office management, front desk support, guest experience, and office culture.
Extensive Office Management experience is not essential. We are open to candidates with the right personality, professionalism, communication skills, and ability to take ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management & Upkeep
- Ensure the office remains clean, organised, presentable, and fully operational.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, cleaning, suppliers, and building management when required.
- Monitor office supplies, pantry items, stationery, and general workplace needs.
- Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are maintained to a high standard.
- Identify and resolve office-related issues proactively.
Front of House & Guest Experience
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, candidates, partners, walk-ins, and visitors.
- Greet and welcome guests professionally and ensure they are attended to promptly.
- Manage the front desk and reception area.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, visitors, deliveries, calls, and general enquiries.
- Ensure every visitor receives a warm and professional experience.
Office Culture & Employee Experience
- Help maintain a positive, energetic, and welcoming office culture.
- Build professional relationships with employees across departments.
- Support birthdays, internal celebrations, team activities, office events, and engagement initiatives.
- Help new employees feel welcomed and comfortable.
- Proactively identify ways to improve the overall employee and workplace experience.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Provide general administrative and coordination support where required.
- Maintain basic records related to suppliers, maintenance, deliveries, and office requirements.
- Work closely with HR, Administration, Operations, and Management.
- Take ownership of day-to-day office matters and ad hoc requirements.
Requirements
- British nationality is essential, with polished verbal communication.
- Currently based in the UAE.
- Professional, polished, and well-presented.
- Warm, charming, approachable, and naturally welcoming personality.
- Positive energy and strong interpersonal skills.
- Confident communicating with employees, clients, candidates, senior management, and visitors.
- Organised, proactive, attentive to detail, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a highly visible, people-facing role.
- Good basic computer and administrative skills.
- Previous experience in Office Management, Front Desk, Reception, Guest Relations, Hospitality, or Executive Support is an advantage but not mandatory.

AED 12,000 – 15,000 per month
