The Boulevard is a residential complex in the centre of Sharjah. Developed by Arada, the project is currently under construction, and it is scheduled for completion at the end of 2022. The complex was designed using a modern style. The community is made up of several nine-storey buildings with strict geometric proportions and a monolithic structure. The first floors offer retail stores and cafés, and residents have access to an onsite health club and swimming pool. There is a common recreation area that creates a social environment for residents.
