Noor Townhouses is a residential community of townhouses and villas located in Town Square, Dubai. The project was developed by NShama Group and was commissioned in 2021. The community is surrounded by several parks and recreational areas. Properties include three- to four-bedroom villas and townhouses that are available to buy and rent. Townhouses range in size from 2,000 sq. ft. to 3,012 sq. ft., and villas range in size from 2,022 sq. ft. to 2,354 sq. ft. The building’s interiors and exteriors were designed using light colour tones. Units feature glazed panoramic windows and equipped kitchens. All of the properties have individual plots and parking spaces for two vehicles.
