Elz Residence is a nine-storey residential complex located in the Arjan community of Dubai. The project was developed by Danube Properties, and its construction was completed in 2021. The complex covers an area of 5,295 sq. m (57,000 sq. ft.), and 41% of it is dedicated to green space. There are a total of 270 units in the complex, and the ground floor has a spacious lobby and retail stores.
