Glitz 1 is one of three buildings in the Glitz residential complex located in Dubai Studio City. Developed by Danube Properties, the nine-storey building was built in 2017 and consists of a total of 146 units, including studios and one- to three-bedroom apartments featuring modern interiors. There are five retail spaces on the lower floors that are available to rent. In addition, the building includes underground parking for residents and several high-speed elevators.
